Additional documents REQUIRED to complete your application: Last 2 months bank statements, last 2 months pay stubs and a copy of your photo ID. You may email these documents to deniganproperties@gmail.com or fax them to (859) 647-9994.

In order to help you in making your decision, we have listed below the criteria for qualifying as a resident with us.

1.	A separate rental application must be fully complete, dated and signed by every adult in the household.

2.	NET Pay (what you bring home) must be a minimum of 3X the lease amount in order to qualify.

3.	Employment and monthly income must be verifiable.

4.	Applicant(s) may be denied occupancy for the following reasons:
	-Falsification of application
	-Insufficient income.
	-Criminal history by occupants & other occupants (including children) who plan to live in the unit.
	-Past Rental History
	-Non-payment or frequent late payment of rent.
	-Eviction(s)
	-Drug use
	-Poor housekeeping
	-Poor supervision of applicant's children
	-Unruly or violent behavior of any or all occupants
